Spiderwort is a common wildflower here in Oklahoma.
It has an undesirable name, but its color and interesting form make it a favorite.
Common Spiderwort
You may spot this wildflower beside the road.
Spiderwort grows a tuft of three-petaled flowers on each long stem.
The stems grow in clumps of fifteen or twenty stems.
